Arrived at the hotel they gave us a room with not working telephone and balcony locks didn’t work.. they sorted us out in 1 hour which was rly slow I tried the room service and the food was the worst i ever had, just awful food Been only to a few restaurants because everything was fully booked for the whole stay i was there…. This was one of the worst holidays i have been and the last day lagoon pool was closed and we have no idea why they closed it that ruined our last day for sure This hotel is average at best in my opinion and way too many russian people that will try to talk to you in russian no matter what you say to them they still talk in Russian. 2 out of 5 from me

Good restaurant Veranda, good stuff, especially Mohamed Alaa! Good juice, white wine! Good food, meat, fish, wines, and all around here. Thank you for good experience. Againg and again, Mohamed Alaa is the best person I've ever know. Thank you!

Excellent service from Karim at The Veranda restaurant at Rixos Premium Seagate, Aqua park. Food is also top notch for buffet so altogether an excellent experience

We stayed in Rixos premium seagate,I would like to mention Entertainment pool and service on the bar there was excellent,Salah,Mohamed,Ahmed and Mostafa provided perfect service there ,with the special cocktails every morning 😍😍😍✅✅✅✅
